How to link your Google Calendar or Calendly booking page

Copy your booking page link from Google Calendar or Calendly and paste it into a button or a list of links. The calendar icon and the words for booking come with it.

If you already take bookings in Google Calendar or Calendly, your page needs one button that opens that booking page. Paste the link into an Action Button and the button gets the Calendar icon and words for booking, unless you have chosen your own. Cal.com links work the same way.

In Google Calendar:

  1. On your computer, open Google Calendar.
  2. On the left, under “Booking pages”, hover over the booking page you want to share and click “Copy link”.

Google keeps every booking page public: anyone with the link sees it, with your profile photo and account name.

In Calendly, select the three dots in the top-right corner of your landing page and choose “Copy link”. To share one event type only, use that event type’s “Copy link” instead.

Put it on a button

  1. In the editor, choose Add card, open the Content tab and choose Action Button.
  2. Under Primary button link, paste your booking link.
  3. A button that still has the words it came with now reads Book a time, in your page’s language, and its arrow becomes the Calendar icon. Words you typed and an icon you picked stay as they are.
  4. Turn on Open in a new tab, so visitors come back to your page after booking.

In a Social Channels card, paste the link under Destination URL. The link takes the calendar icon and the name Book a time, which you can change under Button Label.

Questions

Can visitors book without leaving my page?

No. The page does not embed outside calendars, so booking happens on the page the button opens.

Who sends the confirmation?

Your booking tool. Google Calendar can send confirmation emails and reminders for your appointments; PressaGen sends no email itself.

Start from a template

Some templates, such as the Hamer & Snaar piano tuning template, ask for your booking link when you make your page from them. Answer Your booking link in A few questions first and choose Put these on the page: every booking button then opens your booking page instead of the template’s demo address.
