Frequently Asked Questions
Each answer takes a few sentences. For the full steps, open the help article linked under it.
Getting started
Do I need to sign up first? ▾
There is no separate sign-up: your account is created the first time you sign in with Google. You can also open a template and try changes before you sign in; they stay in your browser until you sign in and save the template as your page.
Read the help articleHow many pages can I create? ▾
A standard account can create 3 pages; the Pro plan allows 10. Plan Quota on your dashboard shows how many you use and the limit.
Read the help articleEditing and publishing
Do I need to publish again after I edit a published page? ▾
No. Your changes are saved automatically about a second after you make them, and visitors see them when they reload the page.
Read the help articleWho can see a page I have not published? ▾
Only you, while you are signed in. Anyone else, search engines included, sees Page not found at a draft's address.
Read the help articleCan I change my page address? ▾
Yes, in the editor's page settings, and a page address can be changed once every 7 days. For 30 days the old address sends visitors to the new one while the page is published, so the links you have shared and the QR codes you have printed keep working.
Read the help articleHow do I close for today on the business hours card? ▾
In the business hours card's settings, choose Closed today, and the card shows you as closed today. It is saved as a special date, so it stops applying once the day has passed and there is nothing to switch back.

Can I use my own domain? ▾
Yes, with the Pro plan: an account can connect one custom domain to its Pro page, and its other pages can open under that domain at short addresses such as yourdomain.com/menu. Choose Set as Pro page on the page's card on your dashboard, then add the domain in the editor and a CNAME record that points to cname.pressagen.com. If the plan ends, the domain is suspended until you renew.
Read the help articleDoes PressaGen store my password? ▾
No. You sign in with a Google account only, and PressaGen has no password of its own and stores none.
Read the help articleWhat happens to my data when I delete a page? ▾
The page content, its newsletter subscribers, its messages and its daily view counts are deleted together, and this cannot be undone.
Read the help articlePlan and billing
What does Pro add, and what does it cost? ▾
Pro is a yearly plan that raises the page limit from 3 to 10 and lets you use your own domain. Every card and template is already in the free plan, and the pricing page shows the price and both plans side by side.
Read the help articleHow do I cancel Pro, and what happens then? ▾
Choose Manage subscription on your dashboard and cancel in the billing page that opens; Pro keeps working until the period you paid for ends. After that your account returns to the free plan: your pages stay, your custom domain is suspended until you renew, and no new page can be created while you have 3 or more.
Read the help articleCan I get a refund? ▾
Refunds follow Lemon Squeezy's refund policy and the consumer protection law that applies to you. Lemon Squeezy sells the plan and issues the receipt.
