How to let clients book a call from your website

Add an Action Button that opens the booking page you already use, and state the length, hours and time zone next to it, so clients can book a call in one tap.

Add an Action Button card and paste the booking page you already use as its link. Clients tap it and pick a time there. Your page does not embed a calendar, but the text next to the button can say how long a call is, when you take them and in which time zone, so people know what to expect before they click.

  • If you use an online scheduling tool, copy the link it gives you for clients to book.
  • No scheduling tool? Point the button at your email or messaging link instead, and ask people to suggest a time.
  • Open the link on your phone once and check that it shows open slots without signing in.

Add the booking button

  1. In the editor, choose Add card, open the Content tab and choose Action Button.
  2. Under Button text, write what clients will do, such as Book a 30-minute call.
  3. Under Primary button link, paste your booking link.
  4. Turn on Open in a new tab, so clients can come back to your page after booking.
  5. For clients who would rather not book online, fill in Second button text, such as Call instead, and put tel: followed by your phone number under Second button link.

Drag the card to just below your introduction. Once people know what you do, booking is the next step.

Say when and how

Add a Rich Text card above the button with a line or two on:

  • How long a call is, such as 30 minutes.
  • Which days and hours you take calls, and your time zone, so clients abroad do not book the wrong hour.
  • How it happens: video, phone or in person.

If your hours are fixed, an Opening Hours card can list them by day instead. It shows them in the page time zone; see Get started to set it.

Questions

Can I embed my calendar on the page?

No. The page does not embed outside calendars, so booking always happens on the page the button opens. That keeps your scheduling tool’s own layout on phones, where an embedded calendar is often cut off.

Will I be notified when someone books?

Your scheduling tool sends those notifications; PressaGen sends no email itself. Check the notification settings in that tool.

Start from a template

To see a booking button next to a call button on a real page, open the Hamer & Snaar piano tuning template and put in your own booking link before you sign in.
