How to put your salon price list online

List your nail, lash or hair services in a Data Table with what each includes and what it costs, then add a contact button so clients can ask for a time.

Add a Data Table card with one row per service: what it is, what it includes and what it costs. Put a Direct Contact card right after it, so a client who has read the list can message you to book without looking for a way to reach you.

Get your list ready

Clients reading a salon price list want to know what each service is, how long it takes, what it costs and what can be added. Sort that out first:

  • Service: for example a gel manicure, gel removal, a lash fill or a cut and blow-dry.
  • What it includes: the steps, and roughly how long it takes.
  • Cost: if it depends on length or design, say it is a starting rate, so nobody is surprised in the chair.
  • Add-ons: nail art, extensions or a treatment, each on its own row or in the service’s description.

Build the table

  1. In the editor, choose Add card, open the Content tab and choose Data Table.
  2. Under Table title (optional), name the group, such as Hands or Lashes.
  3. Rename the column headings to Service, Includes and Cost. Choose Add a column if you need another.
  4. Put each service on its own row, and choose Add a row for the next one.
  5. To add a short description under a service, start a new line in the same cell. The second line shows in small type.
  6. For a long list, turn on Striped rows, so the eye stays on the right row.

If your services fall into groups, give each group its own table. Several short tables read better than one long one.

Put a way to book right after it

Add a Direct Contact card below the tables and fill in your phone number and the messaging apps you answer. The most common thing a client does after reading the list is ask for a time, so the button should be right there. To use LINE, see How to add a LINE add friend button to your website.

Questions

Do I have to rebuild the table when my rates change?

No. Change the cell, then choose Publish changes in Page settings and publishing. The page address stays the same, so the link in your social media bio or business profile keeps working.

Can clients pay or pick a time slot on the page?

No. The page takes no payments and has no booking calendar. Clients reach you by message or phone to arrange a time. If you already use a booking tool, add an Action Button that opens its booking page.

Start from a template

To see services and a booking button laid out on a real page, open the Linen Hour nail studio template and change it to your services before you sign in.
