The Pro plan
What Pro adds, how to upgrade and cancel, and what happens to your pages and custom domain when the plan ends.
The free plan already includes every card, every template, tracking codes, visit counts and the QR code. Pro adds two things: room for more pages, and a custom domain.
What each plan includes
The free plan has a page limit. Pro raises it and adds one custom domain, which you connect to the page you choose as your Pro page; your account’s other published pages can then open under that domain too. The pricing page shows both page limits and the price.
Upgrade to Pro
- Sign in and open your dashboard.
- In the Plan section, choose Upgrade to Pro.
- Pay on the checkout page. Lemon Squeezy sells the plan, takes the payment and handles the tax.
- Go back to your dashboard. Once Lemon Squeezy confirms the payment, the Plan section shows Pro plan active. If it still offers Upgrade to Pro, refresh the page in a moment.
Then choose Set as Pro page on the card of the page that should use your domain, and follow Custom domain to connect it.
Manage or cancel your subscription
- On your dashboard, choose Manage subscription.
- Lemon Squeezy’s billing page asks for the email address you paid with and sends you a link to sign in.
- There you can update your payment method or cancel.
You can cancel at any time. Pro keeps working until the period you paid for ends, and the Plan section shows the date it ends.
When Pro ends
- Your account goes back to the free plan.
- Your pages are not deleted, and published pages stay published.
- If you have more pages than the free plan allows, you keep them all, but you cannot create a new one until you are below its limit.
- Your custom domain is suspended, so your pages stop opening there. They keep opening at their pressagen.com addresses.
- To bring the domain back, renew Pro, set the page as the Pro page again, and choose Bind again in the page’s Custom domain section.
Receipts and refunds
Lemon Squeezy issues the receipt for each payment. Refunds follow Lemon Squeezy’s refund policy and the consumer protection law that applies to you.
Before you delete your account
While your subscription is set to renew, the account cannot be deleted, so cancel the subscription first. Once it is cancelled, you can delete the account at any time; deleting it ends Pro at once, along with whatever is left of the period you paid for. See Your account and data.
