Coming soon waitlist page template for an app or product launch
A short pre-launch template: one line on what your product is, an email waitlist and a countdown to launch day. Export the list any time.
Who it is for
For a product that is not out yet, such as an app or a software tool, when you want to learn who is interested before launch. The demo is a made-up day-planning app, and the page has only three things: the name with one line about it, a waitlist form and a countdown.
Change the name and the one-line pitch first, and describe what people get rather than how it is built. Say in the waitlist description when people will hear from you and that nothing else is coming, then update the message they see after joining. Set the countdown only to a date you are sure of.
Once the product is live and needs features and plans explained, this page is too short, and the Kaundh template fits better. For a waitlist for an event rather than a product, start from the Ashuu Skyrace template.

Common questions
Does everyone on the list get an invite automatically?
No. The card collects addresses. On launch day, open Subscribers in its settings, choose Export CSV and send the invites with your own email tool.
We have no launch date yet. Can I leave out the countdown?
Yes. Delete the countdown card and add it back once the date is firm, rather than showing a date that keeps moving.
