Share your page
Copy your page address into your social profile, download a QR code to print, let visitors reach you in one tap with the Direct Contact card, and collect email addresses with a Newsletter card.
Once your page is published, give people its address or its QR code. They can open the page and contact you directly by phone, LINE and other channels.
Publish the page before you share it. Anyone else who opens a draft’s address only sees Page not found.
Copy your page address
- On your dashboard, find the page’s card.
- Choose the Copy Link icon.
The icon briefly turns into a check mark to show the address was copied. If the page’s custom domain is active, the custom domain address is copied instead.
Add it to your social profile
- Copy your page address.
- Paste it into the website field of your social profile.
To choose the title and image shown when the page is shared, see Get found in search.
Download a QR code
- In the editor, open Page settings and publishing.
- Near the bottom of the panel, choose Printable QR code.
- Choose Download QR code (PNG).
You get a 1024 × 1024 pixel PNG that contains only the QR code. On a phone-width screen, the QR code icon in the bottom bar opens the same window, and Copy Page Link in that window copies the same address.
The QR code opens https://pressagen.com/@your-address. It never uses your custom domain.
After you change your page address, printed QR codes keep working for 30 days, because the old address sends visitors to the new one. After that they lead to Page not found, so download and print a new code before then.
Let visitors contact you in one tap
The Direct Contact card turns the channels you fill in into buttons: LINE, phone, Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram and email. Channels you leave empty or that cannot work do not appear. When no channel works, the public page leaves the card out.
- In the editor, choose Add card and open the Features tab.
- Choose Direct Contact.
- In the card’s settings, fill in the channels you use.
How to fill in each field:
- Direct Phone Call: your phone number. Visitors on a phone tap the button to call.
- LINE Invite Link: the full link starting with https://line.me/ or https://lin.ee/. See Connect your LINE Official Account.
- WhatsApp Direct: your mobile number with the country code, for example +886912345678.
- Facebook Messenger: a link starting with https://m.me/.
- Instagram Profile: your account name.
- Email Address: your email address.
A newly added Direct Contact card starts empty. When you create a page from a template, the template’s sample phone numbers and links are cleared too; only contact details you typed yourself while trying the template stay.
Collect email addresses with a Newsletter card
- In the editor, choose Add card, open the Features tab and choose Newsletter.
- In the card’s settings, write the title and the button text. Under Privacy Disclaimer you can add a short note on how you will use the addresses.
- Publish the page. Visitors who enter their email address are added to your list.
On your custom domain, the card shows only its button, which opens the page at its pressagen.com address in a new tab, where visitors sign up.
To download the list, open the card’s settings, find Subscribers and choose Export CSV. The file opens in Excel and imports into Substack, Beehiiv and ConvertKit.
PressaGen keeps the addresses for you but does not send email to your subscribers. Use your own email service to write to them.
