Terms of Service

Last updated: October 1, 2026

The service is offered as it is today, and we may add, change or stop features.

What you put on your pages stays yours, and you are responsible for publishing only what is lawful and yours to publish.

The Pro plan is sold by Lemon Squeezy; you can cancel at any time, and it keeps working until the period you paid for ends.

The plain-language version: Your data

01. Agreeing to these terms

Using PressaGen means agreeing to what is written here. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

PressaGen is provided independently by one person and is not yet registered as a company. "We" and "us" in these terms mean that person.

We may change these terms. A change that matters will be announced on the site before it takes effect.

02. What the service is

PressaGen is offered as it is today. We may add features, change them or stop offering them.

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted.

03. Your account

Signing in is through Google only; PressaGen keeps no password of yours.

You can delete your account yourself, from your dashboard. Everything that deletion removes is listed in the privacy policy.

04. The Pro plan

The Pro plan is sold by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record. They take the payment, handle the tax and issue the receipt.

The price is whatever the checkout page says at the time you buy. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal, and the plan keeps working until the period you paid for ends.

Refunds follow Lemon Squeezy's refund policy and whatever consumer protection law applies to you. We make no separate promise of our own.

05. What belongs to whom

What you put on your pages stays yours. You allow us to store it and send it to whoever visits your page, which is what makes the service work.

You are responsible for what you publish being lawful and yours to publish.

PressaGen's own software, design and templates remain ours.

06. What is not allowed

A page published here may not be used for:

  • Pretending to be someone else, or pretending a page is another company's.
  • Collecting passwords, card numbers or codes under false pretences.
  • Fraud, or selling what you cannot deliver.
  • Content that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Sexual content, content that attacks people for who they are, or content that encourages harm.
  • Malware, or sending people to it.
  • Bulk unsolicited mail, or pages made to support it.

Anyone can report a page: every public page carries a report link at the bottom, which opens our contact form with the page already filled in. When a page breaks these rules we may suspend it, which takes it off the web while it stays in its owner's account, or close the account behind it.

07. What we are not responsible for

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost business or lost data.

Where we are responsible, the most we can owe you is what you paid us in the twelve months before the matter arose.

Nothing here removes a right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be signed away.

08. Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of China (Taiwan), and the Taipei District Court is the court of first instance for any dispute.

09. Reaching us

Write to us from the contact page and the message reaches the person who runs PressaGen.
