Academic personal website template for researchers
A text-first personal page template for researchers and academics: a short menu, a first-person introduction and links to reach you.
Who it is for
For graduate students, academics and scientists, or anyone whose work says more than a photo, who need a page to link from a paper, a business card or an application. The demo is a made-up bat ecologist in Romania: a short text menu at the top and a first-person introduction between two fine lines.
Rewrite the heading and the introduction first, covering what you study, where, and what kind of collaboration you are looking for. Point the three menu links at your papers, your CV or your lab page, replace the links below with your email and accounts, and update the footer.
With many projects and outside links to list, the Mono Bio template fits better. A writer who wants readers to subscribe should start from the Elena Chen template.
Replace these five first
- Social Channels: Links
- Rich Text: Headline Text
- Rich Text: Article Body (Prose)
- Social Channels: Destination URL
- Page Footer: Copyright Text
