A one-page personal card template for a presentation coach or trainer: one dark card on a gradient with your photo, name, one line and a short introduction, then three services, two quotes and LINE and email contact.

Who it is for

For a presentation coach, a trainer or any freelancer who wants a one-page card: a portrait, a few sentences, what you offer and a way to get in touch. The page is one dark card on a gradient: a round portrait, your name, one line and three lines of introduction with a pill button, then three services, two quotes, LINE and email buttons and a row of icons. The demo is a made-up presentation coach in Hsinchu City, Taiwan, who helps engineers present their own work.

Replace the portrait with a photograph of you first, then your name, your LINE link, the introduction and the two quotes. Pick a photograph of your head and shoulders against a plain, light background: the card shows it as a small circle at its top. The person in the portrait is made up and the picture is AI-generated; the gradient is drawn, and no date is written anywhere on the page, so nothing goes out of date.

If your business is registered, change the page’s name to its full registered name and add its business number. If it is not, use your own name and your trade, as the demo does, not a studio’s or a company’s name.

A bridal stylist, or anyone who wants a full-width portrait at the top, should start from Ke Yi-cheng. For a course people apply to, use Odstavek; a florist or a maker who wants a photograph of the work beside the name should use Jian Ruo-ning.

Replace these five first

  1. Hero Masthead: Portrait
  2. Hero Masthead: Headline
  3. Direct Contact: LINE Invite Link
  4. Rich Text: Article Body (Prose)
  5. Testimonials: Customer Reviews

Common questions

Can I say a talk will get someone promoted or win a deal?

No. What a talk leads to depends on the people in the room, which no coach controls, and Taiwan's Fair Trade Act (article 21) bars advertising that is false or misleading. Say what a session does instead, as the template's three services do.

Can I quote the people I have coached?

Only with each person's own consent, asked on its own, and with their name written the way they want; if they say no, leave the quote out. Don't trade a discount or a free session for a quote; if you do, say so beside it.
