The demo is a made-up tool that finds flaky tests: a one-line intro, the problem, a few numbers, six features, a commands table, plans and questions.
Change the tool name and the subheadline first, saying what it saves an engineer. Rewrite the six feature cards, turn the table into the install command and the few you use most, and point the QR code at your docs. Say in the release notes description how often you write and that it is only about changes.
