Questions and answers
Before you send anything.
Are your translations accepted by embassies?
Each page carries my certification stamp and signature, which the embassies in Addis Ababa accept. If yours asks for more, I tell you before we start.
How do I send my documents?
Send clear photos or scans on WhatsApp or by email. Certified copies need the originals seen in person: message me on WhatsApp and we agree a time to meet in Kazanchis, which takes ten minutes.
How long does it take?
Records take two working days; business documents about 2,000 words a day. Urgent work is possible for an extra fee.
Which languages do you work in?
Amharic, English and French, in any direction. For Afaan Oromo and Tigrinya I work with two trusted colleagues.
WhatsApp is quickest; I reply within the working day.
