How we choose

Three readers see every application: Matilde Arrifes, who runs the fair, and two makers from the last one. We look for work made by the person at the table, keep twenty tables for first-timers and seat different kinds of work side by side.

Visiting is free

Saturday, eleven to seven, in an old print works in Bonfim. Bring a little cash: not every table takes cards.

Before you apply

Who can apply?

Anyone who makes zines, comics, prints or small-press books, by hand or in small runs. Collectives apply once, under one name. We don't take resellers.

How many places are there?

Sixty tables a fair. A half table is one place for each of two makers, and at least twenty tables go to first-timers.

How will I hear back?

When a call opens, its closing date goes up on this page and out to the newsletter. Everyone who applies hears by email within three weeks of the close, and a place comes with a payment link.
